Registration Form for 2024/2025
Please fill out this form in its entirety to register your child for religious education classes at St. Francis de Sales (September 2024 through May 2025). Our first day of classes is Sunday, September 8 for elementary classes and Thursday, September 12 for RCIC.

Please note that YOUR FAMILY MUST BE REGISTERED PARISHIONERS in order to enroll in religious education classes at St. Francis de Sales Parish. If you are switching parishes, SFdS requires a letter from your most recent pastor acknowledging that you are changing parishes, along with the Director of Religious Education from that parish outlining previous religious education that your child has completed at that parish. You can bring these letters to the parish office.

Elementary Classes and RCIC will be meeting on the following days and times:
- Kindergarten and Grade 1 - Sundays, 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
- First Reconciliation & First Communion Preparation - Sundays, 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Grades 3 + 4 - Sundays, 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Grades 5 + 6 - Sundays, 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC) - Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:00 pm
The Church recognizes parents as the primary educators of their children. In order to better support our families in forming disciples, we will be offering six required parent sessions this year. At least one parent or guardian per family must attend each of the parent sessions. Parent sessions will take place in the O'Leary Room during class time on September 15, October 13, November 3, January 26, March 2, and April 6.
